What Our Pest Control Services Cover
Last updated: October 2026
Alabama Pest Pros provides inspection, treatment, and prevention for common household pests across Alabama, including ants, roaches, spiders, rodents, termites, and stinging insects. All treatments follow the Alabama Structural Pest Control Act, Ala.
Code § 2-28-1 et seq., and Alabama Administrative Code, Chapter 80-10-9, along with pesticide labeling and use requirements under FIFRA. Our technicians are licensed through the Alabama Department of Agriculture and Industries.
Some work falls outside a standard service visit. Wood-destroying organism repair, wildlife exclusion, hazardous material cleanup handled under RCRA rules, and large commercial contracts each require a separate written agreement.
If we find a problem beyond the scope of your plan, we will tell you before any additional work begins. We never apply a product in a way that conflicts with its EPA-approved label or with OSHA Hazard Communication Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200 requirements.
Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellations
Appointments can be made by phone or email. Once a time is confirmed, we ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or move the visit. Same-day cancellations and missed appointments where we cannot access the property may carry a trip charge, which we will explain when you book.
If weather, equipment issues, or staffing delays force us to reschedule, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer the next available slot at no penalty to you. If a technician arrives and finds conditions or pest activity different from what was described, the visit may need to change.
We will explain the reason, get your approval before doing anything extra, and only proceed with work you have agreed to. Clear access to treatment areas including pets secured and clutter moved helps us complete the job on the scheduled day.
Quotes, Pricing, and Payment Terms
Before any work starts, we provide a written estimate that lists the services to be performed and the price. Estimates are based on what we can see during the initial inspection; if conditions change or hidden activity is discovered, we will revise the quote and wait for your written or verbal approval before continuing.
Payment is due when service is completed unless you are on a recurring plan with agreed billing dates. We accept major payment methods and will provide a receipt for every visit.
For ongoing plans, recurring charges recur on the schedule stated in your agreement, and you can ask for a copy of your billing history at any time. We do not add surprise fees after the fact if something will cost more than the estimate, you will hear it from us first and can decide whether to move forward.
Our Workmanship Guarantee
Alabama Pest Pros stands behind the quality of every treatment we perform. If covered pest activity returns within the warranty period stated on your service agreement, we will re-treat the affected areas at no additional charge. The exact length of coverage depends on the type of service termite work, general pest plans, and one-time treatments each carry different terms, all spelled out in writing before we start.
Certain conditions can void coverage. These include structural changes after treatment, moisture problems or leaks left unrepaired, new construction gaps that let pests back in, use of unapproved products by others, and failure to follow the preparation or sanitation steps we recommend.
Damage that existed before our first visit is not covered. Warranty service requires an active account in good standing. If you think you need a warranty visit, call us and we will schedule an inspection promptly.
Limits on Liability
Our responsibility for any claim connected to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service that gave rise to the claim. We are not responsible for damage or pest activity that existed before our first visit, conditions we could not reasonably detect during inspection, or problems caused by changes made to the property after treatment.
All pesticide applications are made according to product labels as required by FIFRA, the Alabama Pesticide Control Act, Ala. Code § 2-27-1 et seq., and Alabama Administrative Code, Chapter 80-10-9.
We carry insurance as required under the Alabama Structural Pest Control Act, Ala. Code § 2-28-1 et seq., and follow OSHA Hazard Communication Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200 for worker safety.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where Alabama law does not allow such limits. If you believe a treatment caused harm, contact us right away so we can investigate and respond.
Questions About These Terms
If anything here is unclear, call us at (855) 681-0299 or email [email protected] and we will explain it in plain language. You can also reach us by mail at Alabama Pest Pros, 104 Broad St, Suite 2, Camden, AL, US. We would rather answer a question before service than have a customer surprised afterward.
These terms may be updated from time to time as our services, pricing practices, or Alabama regulations change. When we make a material update, we will notify active customers by email or phone before the change takes effect, and the current version will always be posted on this page with its revision date.
Continuing service after an update means you accept the revised terms. If you disagree with a change, contact us and we will work with you on next steps for your account.
David Mercer
Service Expert at Alabama Pest Pros
I started in pest control after growing up around Camden and seeing how Alabama's humid summers and wood-frame homes can invite termites and other pests. I learned the trade by inspecting homes, treating active infestations, and explaining what I found in plain language; I built this company to bring that same care to customers across Alabama.
